Candidates for Assistant Professor positions must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject (obtained through regular full-time mode of study) with a minimum of 55% marks, NET/SET, and/or a PhD in the same subject or in a related field to be eligible for consideration at Al Jamia Arts & Science College. Candidates having NET/SET qualifications will be given preference for those who registered for their PhD after 2009. Additionally, applicants with a strong record of publications and prior experience instructing at the undergraduate level would be given preference.
