The department of Microbiology has well equipped laboratory facility. common Instrumentation room, Project room, Sterilization – Various Instruments such as Autoclave, Incubator, Hot Air Oven, Laminar Air Flow, Qubec Digital Colony Counter, waterbath, Double distillation unit, single distillation unit, monocular and binocular microscopes, Trinocular microscope with camera attachment, cooling centrifuge, Ulrasonicator, BOD incubator with shaker, Microentrigfuge, Centifuge, Hotplate-magnetic stirrer, Gel rocker, Horizontal and Microwave, Electronic weighing balances, Ph Meter, Schimadzu UV-Vis Spectrophotmeter, Calorimeter, etc are available in our laboratory, Periodic maintenance is done in every 6 months and instruments are calibrated and maintained well.
