AJAS assures a safe and congenial environment for the learning and personal development of the students; hence the college established a grievance mechanism to encourage students to express individual and group concerns related to academic and non-academic issues without any fear and apprehensions. AJAS is Vigilant and Strict in maintaining the rules and regulations within the campus. The Disciplinary Committee is in charge of all the disciplinary activities, and an effective team drives the machinery with regard to campus discipline.

Vision

To ensure a campus free from ragging and harassment, fostering an environment of mutual respect, safety, and dignity for all students, promoting a culture of integrity and inclusiveness.

Mission

1. Prevention and Awareness:
Conducting regular awareness programs, workshops, and seminars to educate students, faculty, and staff about the adverse effects of ragging and the legal consequences associated with it.
2. Support and Counselling:
Providing counselling and support to victims of ragging, ensuring they have access to necessary assistance and a safe space to voice their concerns.
3. Strict Enforcement:
Implementing strict measures and guidelines as per the UGC regulations and the laws of the land to prevent and address ragging incidents effectively.
4. Creating a Safe Environment:
Promoting a friendly and supportive campus culture where students are encouraged to interact, collaborate, and build healthy relationships, free from any form of harassment or discrimination.
5. Collaboration and Reporting of Establishing a robust mechanism for reporting and addressing complaints related to ragging, ensuring confidentiality and prompt action in every case.
6. Training and Capacity Building:
Training faculty members and student volunteers to identify, prevent, and address instances of enhancing their ability to manage complaints with sensitivity and effectiveness
